Pretty big day for several reasons. Adam Hall, Clackamas Community College Math professor joined me for the second time. It was great having him along for the day as conversation helped the miles click on by. Adam ran a total of 61 miles over the two times he ran with me.
We hit 400 miles in two weeks. I still can’t quite wrap my head around all those miles, yet here we are in Redmond after starting in Ontario two weeks ago. Tomorrow we run into Bend and Central Oregon Community College, our third CC.
Highlight of my day may have been the cherry dipped cone my crew got me when we ran through Prineville today. It was a hot day, upper 80s and that ice cream was perfect. Looking forward to completing this leg tomorrow and then heading to Klamath Community College.
What a blessing and privilege to run with you Tim! What a truly awesome support team with Paddy leading the efforts! I'll be thinking about you as you continue to log the epic miles throughout Oregon while supporting CC students! Depending on how my summer plays out, perhaps I will run with you some time on the other side of Oregon! 😊👊
